Position Description and Job Skill Set
Description of Job Functions:
The contractor will be responsible for the following:

• Establishing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and procedures for the O365 environment.

• Verifying and configuring O365 environment policies to meet agency security requirements.

• Completing O365 security remediation and assessment.

• Providing management oversight for the Microsoft O365 environment.

Required Skills/Experience:
Candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

• Gold Level Microsoft Partner certification.

• Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider experience.

• Proven experience in O365 management.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint.

• Expertise in Azure Active Directory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience with Dell Compellent and HP Brocade FC hardware.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL database systems and tools.

Skill Set and Proficiency Levels
