                    Required Skills:
 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
 Strong expertise in OMT workflows and Flow Designer.
 In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
 Proficient in JavaScript and Glide API for scripting.
 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
 Preferred Skills:
  
 Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP).
 Familiarity with Performance Analytics.
 Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
