- Ten (10) years experience in leading data migration, cleansing and conversion projects
- Experience with Corrections processes
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Scrum Methodology
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Subject matter expert for data migration and conversion activities;
- Creation of project documentation: daily, weekly, semi-monthly and monthly status reports; project schedules and plans, meeting minutes, risks and issues, other documentation as needed;
- Analyzing data conversion plans and approaches;
- Conduct feasibility analysis of project plans;
- Analyzing risks and issues, help identify ways to mitigate risks;
