Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud technical implementations
  • Oversee multiple technical teams handling:
Integrations
Data conversions
Technical reports
Customizations and extensions
  • Drive project planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight
  • Act as the single technical point of contact for technical implementation and delivery
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with functional, technical, and third-party teams for seamless execution
  • Provide regular project status updates and executive-level communication

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with a strong ERP Cloud project management background
  • Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud technical implementations
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion technical architecture
  • Hands-on experience overseeing:
  • Oracle integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP)
  • Data migration and conversion strategies
  • Technical reporting frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong leadership experience managing distributed technical teams
