Job Title: Data Analyst – Segmentation and Automation
Location: Tyson's Corner, VA (Hybrid, 4 days on-site)

Description: Rockwoods is seeking a talented Data Analyst for a hybrid role in Tyson's Corner, VA. This position requires 4 days on-site each week, and interviews will be conducted in person. We are considering local candidates or those willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance data-driven segmentation models.
Implement automated processes for data collection and reporting.
Design and maintain dashboards for key performance metrics.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy standards.

Qualifications:
8+ years in data analytics, segmentation, or automation roles.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Team Responsibilities:
Define segmentation logic for marketing campaigns.
Automate and update dashboards.
Manage offer databases and support BI reporting.
