Design and Architecture:
· Designing end-to-end technical solutions that meet client requirements.
· Developing secure, high-performance Salesforce implementations.
· Designing and documenting technical solutions aligned with client business objectives.
· Ensuring solutions align with Salesforce platform best practices and coding standards.
· Identifying gaps between current and desired end-states.
Implementation and Delivery:
· Leading technical design sessions and documenting solutions.
· Managing the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.
· Overseeing the Salesforce project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
· Leading development teams and providing technical guidance.
Collaboration and Communication:
· Collaborating with client stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations.
· Communicating technical designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Working closely with delivery managers and functional solution architects.
· Providing pre-sales support, including discovery and technical deep-dive sessions.
Technical Expertise:
· Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
· Expertise in Salesforce development languages (Apex, LWC) and integration patterns.
· Experience with data modeling, data migration, and security.
· Knowledge of Salesforce security capabilities (TLS, SSL) and best practices.
· Understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (or relevant certifications).
· Experience: Need 15+ Years of experience. Extensive experience in Salesforce implementations and development.
· Technical Skills: Strong programming skills (Apex, LWC), data modeling, and integration expertise.
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
· In essence, a Salesforce Technical Architect is a technical leader who bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
