Job Description
· Should have 8 Years of overall experience in Salesforce Cloud.
· Minimum 2+Years in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Design and implementation.
· Advice, support, and help on a successful implementation of SF Loyalty Management for Rewards program.
· Divide this initiative into three categories from a customer and Client standpoint - Intent, Transact, and Optimize.
· Design & Implement Loyalty Solutions - Architect and deploy Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Solutions ensuring scalability and business alignment.
· Define System Architecture - Identify gaps, optimize processes, and deliver comprehensive salesforce-based solutions
· Loyalty Program Configuration - Develop and manage tier structures, benefits, and earn/redeem workflows.
· Process Automation & Customization - Configure decision tables, data processing engines and batch processes to enhance system efficiency.
· Ensure Best practices & Innovation - Stay ahead of salesforce trends, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement
