Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Recruiting modules.
Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Design and optimize recruiting workflows, job requisitions, offer processes, and candidate experience.
Provide support for Workday Recruiting issues, enhancements, and integrations.
Conduct testing, training, and documentation for new features and updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Payroll, and Compensation.

Collaborate with Benefits and HR teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Support open enrollment, life event processing, and ACA compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefits configuration and integrations.
Conduct system testing, training, and documentation.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure system compliance.
