Job Title: WalkMe Consultant
End Client: Apple/Infosys
Location: Austin, TX and South California
Duration: 6+ Months (with possible extension)
Job Description:
Client is seeking a skilled WalkMe Consultant to support its digital adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying WalkMe solutions for enterprise-level applications. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance user experience and drive adoption across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement WalkMe solutions including Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, Tooltips, and Surveys.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and end-user needs.
- Optimize user workflows and provide best-practice recommendations for in-app guidance and engagement.
- Analyze platform usage data and provide insights for continual improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Training, Product Owners) to align WalkMe strategy with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
Over all Experience : 8-10 yrs
- Minimum 3+ years of recent experience with WalkMe digital adoption platform (DAP).
- Strong expertise in configuring and deploying WalkMe content.
- Understanding of user behavior analytics and how to drive user engagement through DAP.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with large enterprises (Apple experience is a plus).
- Background in UI/UX, change management, or user training.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
