We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in BDD frameworks and end-to-end automation. The ideal candidate must have worked on large-scale BDD implementation projects, with expertise in writing feature files, step definitions (glue code), and building automation frameworks using modern tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) methodologies.

• Expertise in Cypress, Cucumber, and Reqnroll for BDD automation.

• Must have large project BDD implementation experience — framework setup, structure design, and end-to-end execution.

• Ability to write clear and comprehensive Gherkin feature files.

• Experience developing glue code / step definitions and maintaining automated test suites.

• Solid understanding of QA processes, automation strategy, and test planning.

• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

• Ability to work onsite with cross-functional teams in NC.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain BDD frameworks using Cypress, Cucumber, or Reqnroll.

• Write and optimize feature files, step definitions, and reusable automation components.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and testers to define acceptance criteria.

• Execute automated test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines.

• Troubleshoot failures, analyze root causes, and ensure test reliability.

• Contribute to test planning, documentation, and quality best practices
