Job Description

• Administered and supported enterprise IBM z/OS mainframe infrastructure for, ensuring system availability, performance, and operational stability.
• Designed, implemented, and executed Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, including recovery procedures, DR testing, and post-test validation.
• Defined and maintained application recovery objectives (RTO / MTO / RPO) in coordination with application and business stakeholders to meet continuity and compliance requirements.
• Planned and executed z/OS upgrades and maintenance, including impact analysis, SMP/E coordination, controlled change implementation, and post-upgrade verification.
• Performed IBM MQ for z/OS upgrades and maintenance, including queue manager migration, compatibility testing, and rollback planning.
• Created, modified, and automated batch jobs (JCL) and supported remote job submission and scheduling for distributed-to-mainframe integrations.
• Provided production support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis while following change management, security, and audit standards
