Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant for an AMS engagement in the USA, with a strong preference for candidates based in or near the Charlotte, NC region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on techno-functional expertise supporting and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud applications, with solid experience across Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruitment modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end AMS support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution across HCM modules
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Core HR, Talent, and Recruitment functionalities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions
- Develop and support integrations, reports, and data extracts as needed
- Handle system configurations, security roles, workflows, and fast formulas
- Support quarterly Oracle patching, testing, and production deployments
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Hands-on expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruitment modules
- Experience working in AMS / Production Support environments
- Good understanding of HCM configurations, security, and data flows
- Ability to work directly with business users and technical teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
