Hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations in a complex enterprise environment. Drives delivery, platform stability, and integration across insurance systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design, development, and support of ClaimCenter integrations
Manage multiple teams (onshore/offshore) across concurrent workstreams
Collaborate with Product, BA, Architecture, and PM teams for delivery
Own platform stability, scalability, and SLA adherence
Design integrations with Policy, Billing, Financial, CRM, and third-party systems
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and secure deployments
Define branching strategies for parallel releases
Maintain architecture docs, runbooks, and technical artifacts
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues across app/infrastructure layers
Enforce standards for security, logging, monitoring, and deployment
Support production (incidents, data fixes, enhancements)
Technical Requirements
10+ years IT experience, with 7+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter (integration/configuration)
Experience leading end-to-end ClaimCenter implementations
Strong ownership of production support environments
Leadership experience managing 10–20 engineers
Expertise in:
Guidewire APIs, data model, integration frameworks
