Job Description
- 10-15+ years of overall IT Exp
- 10+ Years in ServiceNow
- Experience in Leading End-to-End Implementations
- Strong knowledge in ITSM, ITOM(Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt)
- Experience with CMDB design and governance(CSDM)
- Good experience in Discovery and Service mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery(AWS, Azure),
- Strong development skills with coding standards, platform governance
- Good understanding of ACLs, Role-based Access, Data privacy & compliance standards
- Strong exp in Integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors
- Experience in Integrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AD
- Good knowledge on AIOPS, Virtual Assistant(GenAI)
- Adequate knowledge on other modules such as GRC/IRM, HRSD and others are added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge on platform upgrades
- Must be a good team player and a lead to handle the team, engage with business stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Must have CSA certification (minimum)
