Job Description

1. Experience: Minimum 8+ years in application support, configuration, or development roles. Handles development, UI enhancements, front-end troubleshooting, and workflow logic. 
2. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and development teams. 

• Apply strong Java Full Stack Development skills for application support and enhancements. 
• Utilize JavaScript and Low-Code/No-Code tools for solution extensions. 
• Perform issue investigation and root-cause analysis using Splunk logs. Handle application configurations, support, and effective user issue triaging. 
• Collaborate with users to understand issues and uncover underlying causes. 
• Design and optimize workflows using Camunda BPMN. 
• Support new feature testing in partnership with development teams. 
• Maintain structured JIRA and Confluence documentation, including tickets, stories, and knowledge articles.
• Strong Java Full Stack Development (FSD) background and Working knowledge of JavaScript & Angular.
• Strong Hands-on experience with Camunda BPMN for workflow and process design.
• Experience building Microservices and cloud-ready architectures.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab) Knowledge of AI-enabled engineering or AI agent orchestration
