Job Description
Lead multiple end-to-end MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and overall delivery.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams for configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration.
Ensure successful deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.
Identify and mitigate project risks and manage stakeholder expectations.
Work with cross-functional teams using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and excellent communication skills required
