Job Description
Required Skills:
7+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud projects.
Proven Scrum Master experience facilitating sprint planning, standup's, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and blocker removal.
Experience working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Salesforce release management, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes.
Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
Salesforce Administration or configuration experience.
