Job Description
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Must have end user support and little bit of experience in Data Center.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and standard software applications.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
Respond to and resolve user tickets using IT service management tools.
Perform system updates, patches, and basic system maintenance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Deliver timely technical support to end users and ensure minimal downtime.
