Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience in building enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and CI/CD practices, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can quickly learn new technologies and contribute to all phases of software development.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Able to learn new technologies quickly, self-driven, proactive
· 10+ years of Hands on and strong Java coding experience.
· Experience in Databases, SQL, Vertx, Kafka
· REST API, Spring Batch, Spring Boot,
· Experience implementing CI/CD with tools like Maven, Github, Jenkins,
· Experience in building applications using Spring, Spring boot
· Java Multi-Threading / Concurrency
Roles & Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
· Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance for application development.
· Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
· Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and related messaging technologies.
· Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
· Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support System Integration Testing (SIT).
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and related tools.
· Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and adherence to development standards.
· Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application efficiency.
· Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
