Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Technical Project Manager with at least 8+ years of IT experience and Healthcare domain experience. This resource must have strong SDLC and Data focused project experience.
Desired Experience:
• General understanding of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC), as supported projects involve the delivery and deployment of technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models, including active participation in Scrum ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
• Experience executing end-to-end (E2E) project controls using a structured project management framework, including:
o Program and project status reporting
o Workplan management
o CRAIDD management (Change Requests, Risks, Action Items, Issues, Decisions, and Dependencies)
o Stakeholder and RACI management
o Scope and value tracking
o Lessons learned documentation
o KPI tracking and reporting
• Create and maintain program and project communications, including executive-facing presentations and status updates.
• Execute governance controls, including Scope/Value approvals and release sign-off processes.
• Manage team rosters and support financial controls to ensure work remains within budget.
• Establish and facilitate team meeting cadences, ensuring objectives are clear, action items are tracked, and documentation is maintained in centralized repositories.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating work across geographically distributed and virtual teams.
*Need a Sr. Technical Project Manager with provider side Healthcare experience and technical delivery experience - looking for a true technical project manager not someone that has been working as a hybrid Scrum master or RTE.
