Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall QA experience with strong hands-on UiPath/RPA development experience.
- Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI automation concepts and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, or automation scripting.
- Experience with API integration, JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP services.
- Strong knowledge of web and desktop automation, including attended and unattended bots.
- Expertise in exception handling, selectors, queues, assets, and triggers.
- Experience in debugging, optimization, and production support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- UiPath certification preferred/required as applicable.
Key Deliverables
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath-based automation solutions.
- Analyze business processes and identify suitable automation opportunities.
- Build scalable end-to-end workflows with robust exception handling and logging.
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, web applications, and enterprise systems.
- Develop and support AI-driven and agentic automation solutions.
- Implement AI-agent, LLM-based, and autonomous task-orchestration use cases.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, optimization, and production support.
- Follow security, governance, coding, and development best practices.
Acceptance Criteria
- Automation solutions must meet defined functional and technical requirements.
- Workflows should include appropriate error handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms.
- Developed automations must successfully integrate with required applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- UiPath and Selenium solutions should be tested and validated before production deployment.
- AI/agentic automation implementations must demonstrate reliable and measurable business outcomes.
- Code should be maintainable, scalable, secure, and compliant with established development standards.
- Production issues must be diagnosed and resolved within agreed service timelines
