Job Description

• Years of experience- 6-10 years.
• Must have Skills- IBM DataStage, SQL, US Healthcare (Payor) Good to have- Unix, Azure Data Factory Detailed
• Design, Develop, test, and maintain ETL batch processes using IBM DataStage. Strong SQL/Database concepts
• Ability to talk to business users, understand business requirements and then build Architecture and Technical design documents for the team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, to be able to work with business users and cross functional teams
• Troubleshooting- Identify and resolve complex data related issues including conducting Root cause analysis
• Data Analysis- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs Experience in establishing criteria for data use/test cases.
• Documentation- Create and maintain technical design documents for data processes and workflow
• Collaboration- Work with cross-functional teams across US and India locations
•  Optimization- Fine tune SQL queries and DataStage jobs for improved performance and reliability. Strong business analysis and requirement definition background in Data Integration (ETL).
