Job Description
Seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our design team and help shape thoughtful, high-quality experiences across our products. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the design process, from early exploration through implementation.
Duties:
Lead product design projects from problem definition through implementation
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, cross-domain designer peers, and stakeholders to define requirements and solve complex problems
Quickly build domain expertise and understand cross-functional and cross-product dependencies
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and implementation specifications for web products
Conduct and lead user research to support product discovery and usability
Partner with engineering to ensure quality, consistency, and effective use of design systems
Use agentic AI tools, including Cursor and Claude, thoughtfully to support research, exploration, design, and documentation
Skills:
4+ years of product design experience, preferably with B2B or SaaS products
Portfolio with 4+ case studies demonstrating end-to-end product design
Strong skills in UX, interaction, visual, and product design
Ability to quickly acquire domain expertise and account for downstream impacts across the end-to-end user experience
Systems-thinking mindset and experience navigating cross-product dependencies
Experience conducting and leading user research, discovery, and usability testing
Experience with design systems and collaboration with engineering and other designers
Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and incorporate feedback
Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Cursor, Claude, prototyping platforms, and remote user testing tools
