Job Description
Required Technical Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of data architecture experience, with at least 2 years in the life sciences or healthcare sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and relational/NoSQL databases.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of clinical data standards (like CDISC, SDTM, ADaM) and genomic data structures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design Data Models: Build scalable data warehouses and data lakes for clinical trial data and research information.
- Compliance: Follow regulations like GxP, GDPR, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 for data security and privacy.
- Integrate Systems: Connect electronic data capture (EDC) systems, laboratory information management systems (LIMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
- Manage Data Quality: Create data governance policies to ensure accuracy and consistency across research and commercial teams.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with data scientists, biostatisticians, and software engineers to support drug discovery and commercial analytics.
