Job Description
Core Accountabilities

• Translate business and technology objectives into an integrated delivery plan with clear scope, milestones, critical path, success criteria, resource needs, governance checkpoints, and decision dates.
• Negotiate scope, schedule, sequencing, capacity, and delivery trade-offs with sponsors, technology leads, Product, EPMO, Finance, control partners, and vendors.
• Act as the central point of accountability for delivery health, ensuring commitments are evidence-based, transparent, and actively managed.
Planning, Execution and Delivery Governance

• Apply the appropriate MCT and enterprise delivery framework, including System Delivery Process (SDP), Delivery
Practices Program (DPP), and applicable infrastructure delivery practices.
• Coordinate requirements, architecture, engineering, testing, security, infrastructure, operational readiness, release, and post-implementation activities across contributing teams.
• Drive readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions using documented evidence, approvals, control completion, operational support readiness, rollback planning, and unresolved-risk visibility.
• Maintain disciplined PPM and Jira alignment so scope, milestones, resources, delivery status, and governance reporting remain consistent across systems of record.
