Job Description

• SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) configuration, development, monitoring, and production support
• Usage/event data processing, normalization, aggregation, duplicate detection, validation, and error handling
• Java development and scripting for mediation logic and data transformations
• Integration using SFTP, APIs, EDI, and file-based interfaces
• SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA
• End-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes and billing flows
• Troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, and production issue resolution
• High-volume transaction and usage-data processing environments
