Job Description
Supports the analysis and improvement of business processes, systems, and workflows through data and process analysis, requirements development, SDLC participation, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and system requirements through interviews, workshops, observation, and review of existing materials.
- Analyze data, business functions, operating procedures, systems, and workflows to identify trends, issues, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations that improve effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support requirements definition, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement across the SDLC.
- Organize and maintain requirements, process documentation, decisions, action items, schedules, and traceability.
- Communicate findings, risks, options, and recommendations to technical and nontechnical audiences while managing stakeholder expectations and engagement.

Education and Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience with an Associate degree. Experience must include data analysis, process evaluation, requirements elicitation and documentation, systems and workflow analysis, SDLC participation, stakeholder management, and communication of findings and recommendations.
Additional Requirements
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Potential overtime, weekend work, and travel; no on-call requirement.
