Analyze application and technology stack inventories to identify redundancy, modernization opportunities, technology risks, technical debt, cost optimization opportunities, and consolidation candidates.

Maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other analytics tools.

Assist with technology dependency mapping, ownership validation, lifecycle assessments, and capability alignment analysis.

Support application rationalization efforts utilizing industry-standard frameworks such as TIME (Tolerate, Invest, Migrate, Eliminate).

Facilitate Tech Stack Strategy assessments and guide stakeholders through questionnaire completion and data validation processes.

Collaborate with ServiceNow, CMDB, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Product teams to ensure portfolio data accuracy and governance.

Develop and maintain business process documentation, portfolio standards, data dictionaries, taxonomy definitions, and operating procedures.

Perform data quality reviews and establish controls to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency of portfolio information.

Conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis and technology cost modeling to support investment and retirement decisions.

Support ongoing portfolio governance processes, including annual reviews, ownership certifications, health assessments, and portfolio audits.

Leverage AI, automation, and analytics capabilities to improve the efficiency, scale, and quality of technology portfolio management processes.
