Responsibilities:

• Adobe Sign Integration: Design, develop, and maintain the integration between Salesforce and Adobe Sign, ensuring seamless document workflows.
• Document Migration: Lead the migration of all existing DocuSign documents and templates to Adobe Sign, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and processes to align with Adobe Sign features and requirements.
• Automation: Create automation processes using Salesforce tools like Process Builder and Flow to streamline document generation and signing processes.
• User Training: Provide training and support to Salesforce users on Adobe Sign functionalities and best practices.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that all document transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary security measures.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve any issues related to the Adobe Sign integration and document migration.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and IT, to gather requirements and optimize document processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong Salesforce lightning, LWC, Aura framework knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Sign, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience with document migration tools and strategies.
• Understanding of security and compliance standards related to electronic signatures and document management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Optional Skills:

• Familiarity with other Salesforce-related technologies like Salesforce LWC, Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) for advanced document automation.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and strategies.
• Experience with other eSignature solutions for benchmarking and comparison purposes.
