About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in CRM Analytics (CRMA) to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. This position requires a local candidate or someone willing to relocate to Jersey City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on CRM Analytics (CRMA).
- Develop and maintain customized solutions within Salesforce, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other advanced Salesforce tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and robust technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications to enhance data workflows and operational efficiency.
- Optimize Salesforce environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to best practices, coding standards, and technical reviews.
- Actively participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to suggest improvements to current processes and platforms.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 10+ years in Salesforce development.
- Proven expertise in CRM Analytics (CRMA), including hands-on experience with dashboards, dataflows, and advanced analytics tools within Salesforce.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and data migration strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce platform optimizations, including security configurations, workflow automations, and custom reporting.
- Prior experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementations in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present technical solutions effectively.
- Ability to work independently and lead critical projects within a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Prior experience in the finance or banking industry is a strong plus.
