Must-Have Qualifications
● Experience: Minimum 3-6+ years of building design experience.
● Education: Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from a U.S. university.
Technical Expertise:
● Strong experience in Type I construction (steel and concrete structures).
● Ability to design and detail large, complex structural systems across multiple market sectors.
● Proficiency in Revit and ability to coordinate with draftspersons, architects, and consultants.
● Strong understanding of building codes, seismic analysis, and structural design principles.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
● Experience working with DSA and OSHPD (preferred but not required).
● Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
● Design and detail structural systems for large, complex projects in various market sectors.
● Collaborate with Project Managers, Revit draftspersons, architects, and consultants to ensure project success.
● Ensure compliance with building codes, seismic regulations, and industry standards.
● Perform structural analysis, calculations, and detailing for steel and concrete structures.
● Participate in client meetings, technical presentations, and project coordination efforts.
● Assist in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development.
