Job Summary
Lead and manage large, complex IT projects for the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), ensuring consistency with State of Michigan project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide oversight and leadership for large, complex projects
2. Ensure consistency with State of Michigan project management
methodologies
3. Perform long-term release planning and interact with project management teams
4. Escalate issues and risks to executives and exercise project quality control activities
Required Skills
1. 5+ years of recent Project Management experience
2. Experience managing IT projects in a large, complex environment
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Skills
1. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
2. 5+ years of Agile experience
