We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft integration. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft integration. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Design and implement Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to optimize business processes.
- Work with Marketing Cloud to create customer engagement strategies, automation, and personalized communication.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft and other integration tools.
- Create and manage workflows, process builders, validation rules, and triggers to enhance automation.
- Develop and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Follow best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 to 12+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud implementation and automation.
- Expertise in MuleSoft integration and API management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security, data modeling, and object customization.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools like Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Marketing Cloud Consultant, MuleSoft Certified Developer) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in CI/CD and DevOps for Salesforce.
- Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
- Understanding of OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication methods.
