- Solution Design & Implementation -
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Create prototypes and proofs of concept to aid in defining requirements.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce data models
- Lead & participate in the definition and prioritization/scoping of business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the best implementation strategies for Salesforce solutions.
- Contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks.
- Architect and deliver a robust data model that supports project requirements.
- Strong documentation skills for current and future state solution architecture, including functional/technical specifications.
- Governance, Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and other architects, to understand requirements and bring best practices and technical governance
- Communicate technical solutions and architectural decisions
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, providing guidance and expertise.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities and identify any potential issues/challenges
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of salesforce solution.
- Expertise & Certification:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Sales, Service & Experience Cloud. Any other cloud expertise required like industry cloud “Health Cloud”?
