Job Description
Role: Salesforce Tech Lead
Locations (Onsite Only): Phoenix, AZ | Dallas, TX | Pittsburgh, PA | Cleveland, OH
Experience: 12–14 Years
 
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with deep hands-on development expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and complex Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and prior experience working in similar enterprise environments.
 
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Customization
  • Design and develop advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

  • Build and optimize Lightning pages, components, and UI for enhanced user experience.

  • Create custom Salesforce applications and extend platform capabilities using best coding practices.

Integrations & API Development
  • Implement complex integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, third-party apps, marketing platforms).

Security, Data, & Configuration Management
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model:

    • Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets

    • Sharing Rules & Field-Level Security

  • Expertise with Salesforce Data Model, Object Relationships, and Schema Builder.

  • Develop advanced Reports, Dashboards, analytics, KPIs for business visibility.

DevOps, Release & Performance Management
  • Manage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX.

  • Ensure CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices across environments.

  • Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for optimal org health.

AppExchange & Platform Expertise
  • Experience evaluating and configuring AppExchange applications.

  • Build custom scalable apps aligned with enterprise requirements.

Required Skills
  • 12–14 years of IT experience with deep Salesforce technical leadership.

  • Advance-level hands-on expertise with:

    • Apex

    • LWC

    • Complex integrations

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders.

  • Prior experience working in similar enterprise/financial/consulting environments.

  • Ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and guide technical decisions.

  • Good understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS platforms.


Managerial & Leadership Requirements
 
  • Strong client-facing experience is mandatory.
  • Proven team leadership and the ability to drive technical delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.
