ServiceNow Guided Decision Tree, CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace manipulation, Recommended Action and Playbook the interface interactions for the GDT and then the KB article Deep understanding of all or some of these ServiceNow modules ITIL/ITSM, CSM Customer Service Management, CMDB Configuration Management Database, TSOM Telecommunications Service Operations Management, Integration hub with hands on experience of working across multiple integrations. An exposure to Telecom domain is desirable.
