Roles and Responsibilities:-

QA Test Automation to lead and transform our web and service automation testing frameworks solutions into our testing ecosystem.
This role will drive the strategic execution and optimization of automation and AI initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and operational excellence.
The position will be responsible for developing and executing effective test automation strategies specifically for mobile app, web and services testing for all Value segments and infusing AI to reduce time and save cost, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure quality, and leading a team of QA professionals.
Leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive automation strategy for web and service applications.
Designing and managing scalable and robust automation frameworks for functional, performance, and regression testing
Evaluating and integrating AI/ML-driven tools to improve test case generation, defect prediction, and testing accuracy.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, QA) to embed automation and AI solutions into CI/CD pipelines.

Skills Required :-

Experience in automation testing.
Expertise in automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar
Experience with AI/ML tools and techniques, particularly in testing and defect management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or similar
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing environments.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to adapt to and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis.
Certifications in AI/ML or Automation Testing tools.
Experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks.
