Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in the KANA platform. This is a client-facing hybrid role requiring deep technical knowledge, strategic planning, and leadership in complex, large-scale platform implementations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to lead large-scale implementations on the KANA platform
- Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for executive sponsors, business owners, and development teams
- Facilitate timely and informed decision-making on both technical and programmatic issues
- Foster trust and alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT program and project management
- Proven experience in KANA platform architecture, customization, integration, and data migration
- Hands-on expertise in large migration programs and integration systems management
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, product ownership, and managing multi-year releases
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
