• End to End Delivery by working with Technology Team (QA, Dev, Arch, Upstream/Downstream)
• Strong BA skillset (requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, documentation)
• Experience in Crypto ETFs, digital assets
• Ability to work closely with business and technology teams
• Prior experience in similar large financial institutions
