Job Description
Years of Experience - 12+ Years MUST
Salesforce Service Cloud (Acquisition Integration), Field Service/ServiceMax is must
This role suits someone self-driven and proactive who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys untangling complex system and process differences, and can move fluidly between strategic roadmap conversations and detailed requirements work.
Key Responsibilities
- Product ownership: Own and prioritize the product backlog for Service Cloud integration work; maintain a clear, business-aligned roadmap across the TSA-exit, standalone, and integration phases.
- Requirements & user stories: Elicit requirements from business and technical stakeholders; write clear, well-formed user stories with acceptance criteria that engineering and QA can act on without ambiguity.
- Data migration: Own the business view of data migration — scope, mapping, quality, and reconciliation — as SomaLogic data moves toward the customer target state.
- Integration: Coordinate integration of Service Cloud with connected systems; partner with integration owners on design, sequencing, and dependencies across.
- Acquisition integration delivery: Drive the phased plan from TSA exit through standalone operation to final consolidation, keeping near-term stability and long-term target state in balance.
- Stakeholder communication: Act as the bridge between business users (support, customer success) and the technical delivery team; communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Delivery & project management: Plan and track delivery against milestones; manage dependencies, risks, and scope across multiple workstreams.
- Solution design partnership: Work with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to shape practical solutions; make informed calls on configuration vs. customization and on standalone vs. integration-ready design.
- Quality & governance: Ensure changes move through proper sandbox/release and change-management processes; support testing, UAT, and adoption.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Field service / ServiceMax — exposure to field-service operations, work orders, installed base, or preventive maintenance.
- SAP — working familiarity with SAP (or comparable ERP) and how it integrates with service platforms.
- Domain experience — prior experience with Scientific Instruments companies.
- GxP experience — background working in GxP / regulated, quality-driven environments (e.g., computer system validation awareness).
