5+ years of program/project management experience managing large, complex IT projects.
7+ years of experience creating project roadmaps and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong experience in project planning, risk management, budgeting, testing, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with Microsoft Project and MS Office.
Excellent leadership, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Agile/PMI-ACP certification.
Experience leading statewide IT implementations.
Experience with legacy system replacement and data migration (3+ years).
